你填写的称呼、出生日期、性别、感情状态和测试答案只保存在你自己的设备里（网站保存在浏览器 localStorage，应用保存在手机本地存储），不会上传到我们的服务器。我们没有账号系统，不收集你的邮箱或电话。
当你购买完整报告并使用 AI 解读时，会把根据这些资料计算出的摘要（例如星座、人格类型、灵数）发送到我们的服务器，再转交 Anthropic 的 Claude API 生成解读。我们不保存这些内容，只记录每笔购买已使用的 AI 次数。
网站的付款由 Stripe 处理，你的银行卡信息直接提交给 Stripe，我们看不到。应用内购买由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 处理，并通过 RevenueCat 确认购买状态；RevenueCat 会为你的设备生成一个匿名 ID，我们用它核对购买和计算 AI 次数。
Stripe（网站付款）、Apple / Google（应用内购买）、RevenueCat（购买确认）、Anthropic（AI 生成）、Cloudflare（网站与服务器托管）。它们按各自的隐私政策处理数据，可能在澳洲以外的地区处理。
你可以随时删除本机保存的资料：网站上清除浏览器数据，应用里在“设置 → 删除我的数据”。如需查询或删除与购买相关的信息，请发邮件到 support@soulroute.app。我们按照澳洲《1988 年隐私法》处理个人信息。
SoulRoute (the website soulroute.app and the iOS / Android app) is run by Qixin Sun, a sole trader (ABN 69 296 088 944), contact support@soulroute.app. The details you enter are stored only on your device (in your browser or in the app's local storage); there are no accounts. When you use the paid AI reading, a summary derived from your details (such as your star sign, personality type and numbers) is sent to our server and passed to Anthropic's Claude API to write the reading; we don't keep it, and we record only how many AI calls each purchase has used. Website payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google and confirmed through RevenueCat, which assigns your device an anonymous ID that we use to check your purchase and count AI calls. Service providers: Stripe, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Anthropic, Cloudflare, which may process data outside Australia. You can delete your data at any time (clear browser data, or Settings → Delete my data in the app). Email us to ask about or delete purchase-related information. We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
